On July 15, 2024, a cooperation memorandum was signed by Jeyhun Khalilov, Chairman of the Support to the Development of New Technologies Public Union, and Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute.

The purpose of this memorandum is to organize cooperation between the parties in the joint organization of experimental courses on TRIZ, development of training programs, joint development and preparation of hardware startups for the development of the local startup ecosystem, conducting tests at the MVP and MVBP stages of startup projects, organizing incubation and acceleration programs for young inventors and startups, conducting scientific research, and applying the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and innovative design methods in the preparation of specialists in the field of innovative activities.

In addition, during the COP29 United Nations Climate Change Conference to be held in Baku this year from November 11-24, it was mutually agreed that the Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute would provide academic support in the "International Initiatives Related to COP29" large grant competition, in which the Public Association for the Support to the Development of New Technologies Public Union is participating together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations.
