OUR VISION:

To contribute directly to the transformation of the region economies to "Innovation-Based Economy" and to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by conducting international researches, training programs, publications, and improving the management systems and to raise awareness and to arouse interest about TRIZ in the region.

OUR MAIN MISSION:

To prepare plans, projects, systems design/development, and programs that will help the companies, institutions, and regions to develop international innovation capabilities.
To ensure the commercialized of the intellectual property of the institutions producing knowledge and technology with innovation projects.
To create the innovation culture by conducting research, publications, and organizing conferences, workshops and so on.
To be the “Think Tank” of Azerbaijan on innovation.
To provoke discussion on TRIZ.
To create and expand the relations and network in the national, regional, international levels.

OUR MAIN GOALS

GOALS ON RESEARCH AND PLANNING:

To conduct and support scientific researches on innovation and TRIZ.
To provide coordination with the University, Executive Union and Related Governmental Institutions.
To participate in EU research projects.

GOALS ON EDUCATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT:

To provide innovation and TRIZ training programs for companies and government organizations.
To organize conferences, seminars, and workshops on innovation and TRIZ at the local, regional and international levels.
Design and development of Human Resources Development programs

GOALS ON R&D, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTANCY:

To provide guidance and consulting services to the companies and government organizations on obtaining Patent and Industrial Design.
To provide the management consulting services for the Start-Up projects.
To provide the consulting services for innovation and TRIZ projects to companies, government organizations, and institutions.
To conduct Research and Development studies and projects on Social Innovation.
To conduct Research and development studies and projects on Reverse Innovation.

GOALS ON CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT:

To make studies about creating the National Innovation Culture.
To make publications on innovation and TRIZ (Web Portal, Book, Journal etc.)

GOALS ON INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS:

To develop relations with regional and international companies and academic institutions.
To develop relations with regional and international NGOs.
To develop relations with European Union institutions.
