As Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute (IMTI) we had the product launch event of our company's new product, KUTVAN BSC Balanced Scorecard software, on September 4, 2024 at 11:00 at Radisson Hotel Baku.​​

First the chairman of the board of Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan gave an extensive information about the philosophy of EFQM & BSC and the benefits of the BSC software, created on the basis of this philosophy, will bring to companies. He stated that the KUTVAN BSC software developed by our institute is a software that enables improving management processes and monitoring and measuring the organization's strategic goals based on the Balanced Scorecard approach. This software allows you to use various indicators to monitor and manage the performance of enterprises.

 Strategic Maps: The Kutvan BSC software includes tools for creating strategic maps, which visually represent the organization's strategy and objectives. These maps help in clearly illustrating how different goals are interconnected and the path required to achieve them.

·         Monitoring and Reporting: The software facilitates real-time monitoring and reporting of performance data. It generates detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into progress towards strategic goals, highlight areas that need attention, and support data-driven decision-making.

At the event, Suleyman Kazimli, the Business Development Manager at IMTI, took the opportunity to share compelling success stories from around the world about companies that have effectively utilized Balanced Scorecard (BSC) theory.

Kazimli’s presentation highlighted how various organizations, spanning multiple industries and regions, have leveraged the Balanced Scorecard framework to achieve remarkable improvements in their performance and strategic outcomes. His discussion covered several key aspects:

·         Global Examples of Implementation: Kazimli provided detailed case studies of prominent companies that adopted the Balanced Scorecard approach. He illustrated how these organizations, by aligning their strategic objectives with operational performance metrics, managed to drive significant growth and operational efficiency.

·         Enhanced Strategic Alignment: Through real-world examples, Kazimli demonstrated how the Balanced Scorecard helped companies in setting clear strategic goals and aligning their entire operations towards achieving these goals. This alignment resulted in more focused and coordinated efforts across various departments.

·         Performance Improvement: The presentation showcased how companies utilized Balanced Scorecard metrics to monitor and improve their performance continuously. ​Among the guests of our product launch event were the representatives of the public and private sectors, and IT specialists. As a result of the event, the KUTVAN BSC Balanced Scorecard software which was developed by Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute was introduced to many sectors.
