As Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute (IMTI) we had the product launch event of our company's new product, KUTVAN BSC Balanced Scorecard software, on July 16, 2024 at 11:00 at Radisson Hotel Baku.

The opening speech of the product launch event was given by Vugar Zeynalov, the vice-president of the Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs. Mr. Zeynalov stated that the TRIZ Institute was founded in Azerbaijan in the 1990s. Later, he spoke about the contributions of The National Leader of the Azerbaijani Nation Heydar Aliyev in the establishment of the first TRIZ Institute of Azerbaijan.

Then the Chairman of the Board of Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan gave extensive information about the philosophy of EFQM & BSC and the benefits of the BSC software, created on the basis of this philosophy, will bring to companies. He stated that the KUTVAN BSC software developed by our institute is a software that enables improving management processes and monitoring and measuring the organization's strategic goals based on the Balanced Scorecard approach. This software allows you to use various indicators to monitor and manage the performance of enterprises.

At the event, Leman Mehdiyeva, the business development manager of IMTI also informed the guests about the success stories of companies in the world using the Balanced Scorecard theory. The business development director of INCIT Aykut Yeni and H2C General Manager Hakan Öner both joined the event via video call. Mr. Yeni talked about the similarities between The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and Balanced Scorecard, meanwhile Mr. Öner explained the functions of the Kutvan BSC software developed on the basis of Balanced Scorecard theory.

Among the guests of our product launch event were the representatives of the public and private sectors, and IT specialists. As a result of the event, the KUTVAN BSC Balanced Scorecard software which was developed by Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute was introduced to many sectors.
