In this webinar, the topic “Results-oriented strategic management in public institutions:

Balanced Scorecard approach” was covered from both theoretical and practical perspectives by Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan and Süleyman Kazımlı. Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan explained the theoretical foundations of the Balanced Scorecard approach, the principles of the strategic management model, and its implementation framework.

In addition, key challenges encountered during the execution of strategic objectives, their root causes, and possible solutions through the BSC approach were demonstrated in a clear and practical way.

During the webinar, Süleyman Kazımlı presented the KUTVAN BSC management software, based on the Balanced Scorecard approach, providing an overview of its functionality and practical application areas.
