On October 26, a conference on “Digital Transformation and Manufacturing Productivity” was held in Baku, organized by the Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute (IMTI), the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), and The International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT).
AZERTAC reports that, within the framework of the conference, business discussions were held in the relevant field. Vuqar Zeynalov, Vice-President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, said that one of the main objectives of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is to make life easier for humanity and to improve the quality of living conditions. He noted that this will also result in increased education and worldview, and the attraction of new labor to the economy.

During the discussions it was stated that what most distinguishes the Fourth Industrial Revolution from earlier industrial revolutions is the creation and integration of systems that can think for themselves, detect and analyze problems, without the need for human intervention.
It was noted that the Fourth Industrial Revolution offers countless benefits for our modern world. With the help of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies, system monitoring and diagnostics can be simplified, higher productivity can be achieved, production costs can be reduced, and even new business and service models can be developed.
Finally, Turkish guest Aykut Yeni gave a presentation on the advantages of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” and the “SIRI” program.
